Rest in Peace, Wayne.  This song is one of my favorites.  For some reason?  It reminded me of something that would be playing during a Warhammer 40k cutscene in a computer game.  Space Marines gathered in a smoldering chapel, a Librarian anointing a bolter with blood, ending with them screaming into combat against orks.

I know this sounds dorky, but...for me it was a fun mental image from a song I loved and a band I loved.

I went to the family values concert in cleveland 2001. The first band up was spike 1000. They didn't go over well, and the lead singer said, "fuck you cleveland" or something to that effect. Static-x (whom I never heard of at that time) followed. The crowd was all pissy and booing. Then we saw a guy in purple bodysuit and huge spiked hair on stage with lasers going everywhere. They were freaking awesome. The whole arena was going nuts. I was hooked. RIP wayne.

Honest testimony. I never gave static x a chance, they didn’t interest me. Found out they were coming to my hometown so I decided to give them a chance without knowing any of their songs.
