THEORY: In the “Trapped in 2016” series, the mom is named Bethany Johnson, who says in the second entry “I just want my Jer-Bear back” which implies the sons name is Jeremy. The wife and sons names in this video? Bethany and Jeremy. My theory is the second Jeremy (the one seen at the end on the couch) was killed along with Carl by Bethany, who was actually alive. She then got remarried to a man named Roy. During this time, Jeremy’s life was in shambles, and all he had was 2016 memes, which is the only thing that gave him joy in these times. Due to this, he never watched any other memes, leading to the 2016 series.
