There's that phrase again, 'Digital Asset Securities'. There's no such thing. This is another example of the SEC inventing language. The fact that this guy used it should set alarm bells ringing. Someone should challenge him about where the phrase comes from, other than Gensler first introducing it into dialogue. They obviously plan to categorise crypto as this so that *they* keep control of it, not the CFTC or anyone else. Gensler probably came up with this classification after the Torres decision.

As I mentioned before, it’s not wise to invest in pre-launch tokens. With over a million cryptocurrencies and many bankruptcies among the top 100 tokens, there’s no need to buy new pre-launch tokens ( even stupid Memecoins ) that might end up being worthless and boing price movement throughout summer/fall as now.
