This neglected to mention the fact that because it's applying her bleed procc to the hurricane targets it's also tripling her healing.

I still think GP is the best user. Imagine you put a barrel into the minion wave and you hit a champion. The minions die and one huricane projectle fly towards the target and activate passive. Imagine getting 1500 damage from barrel and afterwards you take 700+ true damage aswell. Insane. Noone will expect it

Reminds me of the season 3 or 4 kayle. E was a long duration buff that gabe AP scaling on hit damage, and gave an on-attack spalsh that did the same damage as the on hit damage plus a bit of kayle's AD. The spalsh doesn't hit the main target.
With runaans, the secondary target can be hit by both the spash on the main target and the on hit of the secondary projectile, making them take almost double damage when you build AP.
It was never changed until kayle's rework afaik.

the strongest change will be on skarner his build on lethal tempo already makes him use 2 q s which is 10% max hp hybrid dmg, it needs 2 autos to reduce its cd meaning he will be able to use q more than 3 times per sec meaning every second enemy will take 700+15% max hp dmg, champ also has 7 second chain cc

If We think about it, it’s busted on certain champion and everything but u have to be kinda fed for it to work well, some champs wont like the stats, also lets say u 1v1, you just have the attack speed and a lil crit, it might work too well for yi and trinda cause of their abilities specially in lane with minions but for most other it will only work best in tfs, either it will be too op and they will nerf the champs that are good with it or its gonna be just like when hydra got usable on ranged champs

Either not ship this version, or Change it so it would only take effect on single target, just like Vayne's, although her case was an exception since you wont be able to literally proc the passive with it I think this should be a viable fix, unless they want to manually change the effect per champ
