There is still more than a month left before Donald Trump gets sworn in for his second term, and already he's failed at every possible test of leadership. His nominees are going down in flames, his proposed policies are hugely unpopular, and he has no idea how to do anything. The transition was his first test of leadership, and he has proven to be a miserable failure already. Farron Cousins explains what's happened.
