Let's Play Eidolon - 09 - BEES!

Wikipedia: "In ancient Greek literature, an EIDOLON is a spirit-image of a living or dead person; a shade or phantom look-alike of the human form." I think this might explain something... but for now, we're playing Eidolon, a minimalist survival exploration game. It's in the same genre of "relax em-up" atmospheric games like Proteus, Mountain, or even Minecraft (the way I play it).

Well, good to know you CAN heal by yourself ( note: this does not mean that you might not need something to heal yourself next time, so I would keep the honey in stock just in case ( awnsering your question, yes, honey does not spoil in RL and yes, honey has antibacterial properties in RL ) ).

Well on the purple spikes building, well, I guess you tripped in some kind of advanced biolab and that thing you found outside was most likely a skull of some beast from there. Anyway, if you look at the second map you got those things charted there, so I guess you have not much to your west, but you have a city directly to your east.... And the city from whre you came is Olympia. so you have stuff to investigate east and north.

BTW now I am sure that the game is in the Seattle area. That mountain you seen in the picture and in game is 99, 999% sure to be Mt. St. Helens IMHO. I wonder if you can go there in game ( I would not, since the mountain you have in game apparently is close of a explosive eruption ( that domed inner mountain is a bad sign ) and who knows if the game doesn't have some nasty stuff there ... )

On the clues you found ... well, I'm actually curious on what Tryia and Elden are looking for. They clearly are in a mission, but what mission can be worth sending two immortals to what apparently is a wasteland with only two other confirmed sentinet beings ( that last part of the pamphlet makes me wonder if the wild girl is not that genetically modified cat they mention ;) ) ? And BTW, the pamphlet states that they are modifing animals with human genes for them to be affected by truLight, so apparently the beacons/truLight works primarily on humans. The plot thickens ....

Yes, I think honey is anti-bacterial.  Don't know about in the game, but in real life I think it is.  It also does not expire, it only crystallizes and you have to heat it to turn it back into honey.

20:04  Kurt finds some sort of  whale skeleton, but once again cannot tell what it is because the graphics in this game are so lacking and minimalist that he thinks its a bus or a turtle shell or bear. It took him several episodes of walking over human remains to realize that they were not debris or milk jugs.

First of all, the guy's name is ELDER. Second, you should really consider following the EXACT direction of the green things, not just approximating and hoping to hit upon what you want.
