Great idea! Only problem I see is if you leave that one roll in for a while, it'll be hard to know how much is left and if it'll run out. What if you cut a small whole in the top and printed out a depth guage that would sit in the filliment itself and bottom out once the filliment reached a certain low level. It'll give you a visual heads up at a glance in the quantity left.

I think it's a good "extra" to keep your filament as much dry as possible, for example when you try to print during winter.
But as Alberto Gregory said, the vertion 2.0 could have some improvements like:
1. Have a small windows to see how much filament you have left.
2. The middle part of the frame could have a gap to put some kind of rubber band to improve isolation.

The music is a big no for me... Even if it's pretty quiet you should include the audio from assembly.

#1 you'll never know how much filiment you have left.
#2 unnecessary and adds extra cost. Just put your filiment away after your done with it.
