Personal oppinion, i like Carlos hair better in the second movie. Plus his outfit is better too. Sure the curls are cute for his playful character of that age in the first film. With the second film, you can really see and feel he’s made progress and grown up, both as a character and physical. As being the youngest of their group, it’s great to see him more mature and gaining more confidence.
Can’t wait to see Descendants 3!
