American Airlines says Boeing 737 Max will return to service on Dec. 29

American Airlines shares rose more than 2% on news the airline is planning to resume flights with Boeing’s 737 Max jet in December. The plan is pending recertification of the aircraft by the Federal Aviation Administration.

As code moves more into Artificial Intelligence, I do not expect the FAA to have the qualifications to analyze and diagnose complex computer code and it's interaction with electronics and machinery. It is too far above the capabilities of their bureaucracy.
