Basically, turn the XM5s off. Then hold the power button until it says pairing mode, then let go of the power button.

If you guys finding hard to connect it to pc, before going to connect it to your pc, make sure you had check on the "connect to 2 devices...". And after that your xm5 will pairing automatically to PC

Remember wireline mode will block the pairing process. Take it off and try again. That works for me.

It won’t go to pairing mode, it turns on again! This headset is the the worst you buy. It always disconnects and impossible to connect again!
