how you take out the snap cap in case needed?

Why there is no info about them on the website (apart from few photos useless specs and out of date info)? Some of the desciptions (for example for ball mount one) say that these are for internal use only (i guess it's out of date?). Why there are no specs? Charging speed? Which cable to buy? User manual on website? Love quality of your products but I see conflicting (bennets says sae for 5w only, you say at 3:59 that sae is fast Qi2 charging) or no information online and I would like to know what I am buying

How is the polarization in the SAE connector ? Should I need to use a reverse polarity? We need tech specs of the product! Good Quality of product is not enough for US. COME ON

Finally! The lack of wireless charging has been keeping me from jumping ship from Quadlock... I'll definitely be switching over now because I prefer your phone cases and less clunky locking mechanism.
