Wow, never heard of a tedder. Of course my last experience in making hay was back about 1950. Putting up loose hay we used a side deliver wind row rake and the old hay loader to load a wagon.

A New Holland Tedder does will well with alfalfa. It is more gentle. Not all Tedders are the same!
