You did good.Tripple check those vintage Englehard bars.I bought four, ten ouncers from a well known dealer.When checked with my PMV, IT didn't like them.Passed the magnet test weight, specific gravity.I took them tp another dealer.All three of his PMV's were in the red.He weighed them.Even though all three of his different model PMV couldn't verify.He bought them from me any way.???I was happy to get rid of them, but I do love Englehards.The only people that will pay a high premium on those are people like us.Just another ounce of silver to most buyers.

Wow, you and I have the same taste when it come to 8 reale and in my case mostly Mo rounds and my collection of these coins started with cobs and then I started collecting the pillar rounds starting with the 1732 kipper and then on before China ruin this further collection of raw coins in 2008. Afterwards in 2012 I got back into coin collecting but this time certified PCGS Morgan Silver Dollars to current and just recently started collecting raw coinage again as well as my new love of these vintage 5 t.oz loaf bars with serial numbers. I actually purchased another Silvertowne vintage bar this evening.
