And better than the 5 Series, it got car of the year again, even though it's been around since 2006-2007 (with a facelift, but still) and yet it still beats the competition from BMW and Audi, I'd say this is without exaggeration, the best car ever made. Period.

It's the most comfortable vehicle i've driven - ever, and I own a 2.2 Titanium X Sport with stiff suspension and 19" alloys, I used to have a MK4 (non facelift) estate in Titanium X as my company car - no car I will ever drive will ever be as comfortably smooth.

Massive room for a mid sized car. It competes against cars like the AUDI A4 which has slightly less space in the cabin. For more you get the A6/8 Mercedes E/S-class or BMW 6/7 . Id like a large car in Europe that isnt for bankers or hedge fund managers, like the crown vic or even the ford taurus.

This Mondeo after six years the people still like the car looks never old. Hyundai i 40 looks now like shit and in 6 years no one will remember .FORD MONDEO is the Best car in his class

Agreed, there is so much quality and soft touch in the Mondeo, even right down on the centre console brtween seats, or below the glove box, and right up to the windscreen, it's just sof touch mania in there!

Indicators are on correct side - the left side for the UK, that was standardised quite a few years ago now. My radio has never once lost any presets, even with battery disconnected. Key only opens tailgate if I push the tailgate button! Wiper stalk is same as on 99% of other cars so no more easily knocked than usual. I've never left lights on but I have auto lights and it's been perfectly normal for lights to be controlled via dash control for some time! Sounds like you came from an old car?!

The body control module failed at 73, 000 miles and a new one would have cost more than the car was worth.. Kept turning things on and flattening the battery. That caused the immobiliser to kick in so after charging it still wouldn't start. Ford dealer TC Harrison gave me a £200 bill and diagnosed a faulty stereo. So car is useless and main dealer is too. Alloy wheels terrible quality by the way.

Can I just say, what.about the bad things, bought mondeo titanium x 2012 fantastic to drive, good mileage good spec, but this is were it goes wonky, gear box in first gear shaking if going up hill much worse, got it tested £3000, to put right, if some worning light was to come about this problem car is finished, only had car 3 months, with 68, 000 miles.🤯🤯

And you are a young immature kid with nothing better to do? Ford's quality is (depending on the model) better than VW, Audi, Mercedes and BMW.

Via the Human Machine Interface, or Ford Convers +, you may go onto the settings, then find chimes, and deselect the chimes desired. That is, unless you have the edge or zetec trim, then you can scroll through and find it on the red display. Something tells me that a person not liking the Mondeo's switches, knobs and buttons means they will despise anything else, as all of the Mondeo's controls fall perfectly to hand, and it takes about 1 minute to learn where the windscreen wipers & lights are.

The mondeo is built unchanged since 2007. So an older vehicle. the i 40 is built since 2011. strengthen the mondeo are clearly in handling, Fuel consumption, and reliability and security obvious.

It's a review, so they're only comparing it to other cars in it's price/size class. They didn't forget that we actually build Range Rovers, Jaguars, Bentleys & Rolls Royces here ;-)
