현직 플랜트 용접공으로 첨언하자면 저 플레이트(일명 빠찌)의 두께도 매우 중요합니다
얇은걸 쓰면 갭이 금방 좁아집니다. 최소 5-6mm이상을 써야 갭을 4mm로 벌렸을때 갭 좁아지는 현상이 덜하고요
없다고 대충 두께 2-3미리 구해서 쓰면 갭이 좁아지는 정도를 감안했을때 최초 갭5mm는 벌려야 나중에 용접할만 합니다
사람에 따라서 다르겠지만 갭4미리와 5미리는 난이도가 다릅니다
