I will always remember my 5k’s that I did as a kid growing up in Girls on the Run! The environment matters! Most supportive organization I know! They make races so fun! My goal is to be a coach to train girls in the program for 5k races! Your tips are so spot on!

can you talk about mentality tips either for running, longterm relationships, or life when things get hard. for example, when you're feeling bored on a run or too lazy, how do you keep going. when a relationship has a period of conflict and you want to give up, how do you find the motivation. when things don't go your way in life or there's big disappointments, thanks for the advice!

For someone who’s starting out running. Is there a program you would follow? I want to ease into it if I just get straight into running I burn out and end up failing sooner. Any suggestions?

How much prep would you suggest for a 5k? I’m signed up for one in a month, cardio strength is decent from 3 days of lifting a week and 1-2 days of conditioning work in between but just not running. I personally get bored when I run, running socially helps but just end up sucking wind the whole time to keep up haha

Do you have any tips to prevent numb feet? I find when I run longer distances I'll start to get that "dead foot" feeling 3 or 4 miles in 😢
