Randy was deposed in a racial discrimination lawsuit against WCW and said some not-so great things about Arn. It's online and I'm suprised it has never really been reported. Whenever anyone talks about the lawsuit, it is often dismissed as a cash-grab by the plaintiffs, which may be partially true, but there was a lot of evidence of a racist culture at WCW.

Not sure what the initial fallout between Randy and Arn was, but the things he said in the deposition probably didn't help. Randy died shorthly after.
