When dualistic Religions says “Always think about God” - it can only be possible in 2 ways -

(1) When the God that you are supposed to think about is, you, yourself. Because you are always constantly available to yourself.

(2) When the God that you are supposed to think about is EVERYTHING that you experience. No matter where you are, with whom you are and whatever is the place or whatever is the time, you are always immersed in God. If not, it is not possible for the human mind to hold on to one thought throughout the day - one mantra, one deity.

1st verse of Tattwa Gnana: You are the consciousness, 2nd verse : Everything that you experience is consciousness.
