sabudana are cooked in coconut milk and jaggery till soft to yield a perfect after meal goadshe (sweet dish). This dish usually made during festivals and Ganesh Chaturthi. Mangane / Madgane is also called as chana dali payasu OR mooga dali payasu. It's a a traditional Konkani dish prepared in Goa as also in coastal Karnataka. It's is very easy to make recipe and tastes very yummy..
