Government is supposed to move SLOWLY.
If you can’t get 10 people from the other side to agree with you, it doesn’t need pass.
Senate is there to represent their state. No state should get more representation regardless of the amount of people in it. That’s what the house is for. It’s not fair for big city democrats to run more rural conservative states.

Neither side really wants to eliminate the filler buster. It gives them an out. Get rid of it, majority rules. Same thing with the electoral vote.
