What do you use/prefer for setting kerdi membrane (1/8 🔲 or 3/16 V). Also, is that new or old FloFx hat? Been waiting for their site to make it available for sale for the eternity already but no luck. Great work as usual. 👊💪

Never let your plumber install your tile. Never let your tile guy install your plumbing. many contractors do work that is not in their scope or in their insurance policy. What plumbers pay for liability insurance would make you cry.
You need to go to expansion pex. crimps cut over time. Ask anyone with poly grey pipes and copper crimp rings. It's like 500 bucks for a Milwaukee 1/2" - 1" pex expander kit. Uponor is the only pex to use. Mudsetting tubs and shower pans upstairs is a must. Feels like you are on concrete slab. I'm not sure if you did that or not. Not sure why I decided to give you unsolicited advice. It's not my usual style. Good coffee?
