Oliver, incredible speed! I'm amazed at how quickly you dug out the best plugins from the store. We just went live on Friday. Your use case for JiggyBase is spot on!

Not diminishing the ability of ChatGPT at all, or the fact this is useful. But we do need to balance what is actually better, versus what is effectively just another way to do the things we can already do pretty well. For example, at 2:27 it didn't really take you much longer to find the sick leave info manually, compared to ChatGPT finding the exact same info. And a 'SEARCH' on sick Leave using the built-in PDF search function would be even quicker. Plus for all employees to be able to do this with AI, they would ALL need access to ChatGPT and plugins. (ie jiggybase) .

Great explanation. Though, one of the things holding this plugin back are data protection concerns.

A search showed that JiggyBase opened for business several weeks ago (correct me if I'm wrong) and are a relatively small operation. Based on that alone, I don't think many people, including myself, would dare to upload proprietary information into their systems, even for the advantage of using ChatGPT to save time reading through those documents.

Maybe if Jiggybase racks up a longer track record, and provides convincing examples of data protection measures in place, would I trust it enough to upload proprietary information into it.

Thanks, I find that chatgpt’s browser is poor- too slow (takes minutes to “click” links and often fails or runs out of time) whilst some of the plugins are faster. Could you do a test of the browser vs the web plugins to find the best generic way of asking questions with web access eg for product comparisons, general web queries, news etc
