Top 3 London markets - chosen by locals

There are so many markets in London it can be hard to know which ones to go to. Today we visited three markets that were recommended to us by some London locals.

First stop is Camden Market. This area is known for cheap knock-offs, bric-a-brac, and food. It’s got a young, alternative vibe and is a very lively marketplace.

Second stop is Old Spitalfields Market. This market is great for meeting up with friends to grab a bite to eat. There are also a lot of pop up markets where you can grab some great deals on quality products.

Lastly, we visit the infamous Borough Market. The oldest food market in London didn’t disappoint. Here you can find loads of delicious food and drinks to either take home and cook or just grab a bite to eat while there.

We left our jobs, sold all of our belongings, and left Australia on a one-way ticket to Shanghai with just each other and our backpacks! We plan to travel the world for a year, see as much as possible, meet as many people as we can, and most importantly MAKE OUR MONEY LAST!

Spitalfields is my old hood 😀 I used to live on Brick Lane just across from the Beigel Bake. You should of tried Crosstown Donuts 😍😍 they have the best flavours! There is also another street food market called the pump which has wicked food options and a tonne of vegan treats! Looks like you guys are having a great time in London!
