Thank you very much for this video. Initially the import and export option was greyed out until I went to the help option at the top of the page and chose to revert to the older version of Outlook. This enabled me to select the import option. I hope this helps someone. God bless you.

Thank you for this tutorial. I have a MacBook Pro. I have never done this so I am nervous to do it correctly. My plan is to cancel my outlook office 365 with GoDaddy, so I want to save a folder with all my outlook emails in it back to 2008. My question is, can I easily access the emails to read them once they are on my desktop after this method you have shown in your video here? Am I correct in assuming there is a difference between a saved folder and an archived file folder? Thank you very much for your help. GoDaddy is NO HELP. Have a great day!

Thanks for that. However, on my Outlook (16.74) the import/export functions are greyed out. Why do you think this might be and how to solve it?

It’s perfectly clear how you explain it. However the export / import in outlook on my Mac is dark and can’t be clicked. Maybe you have an idea why ?

I only get the email subjects. The content in the emails are not imported, or at least they don't show. Just a blank window.

Hi! I am trying to export some accounts but when I change to the older version those accounts disappear. I don't have access to those accounts due to a hosting migration, Is there any alternative to export in other way without changing to the older version?
