I know exactly what happened to that guy. He got comfortable because he was up a queen against the former world champion. And he stopped looking for blacks counterplay because he sort of mentally checked out of the game causing him to just play King f3. And I'm certain of that because the guy literally had 1 minute on the clock and made his move in less than 1 sec.
