Great report! Yes we picked up some Kirkland balls last week and they really do perform!  I'm a 3 handicap and my playing partner is a 4, both of us were very impressed with the distance, feel, spin around the greens, and feel on the putter. Especially for $29.99 for 24 balls!

I have been using the kirkland balls for ~3 weeks now and LOVE THEM!! Before, I was using the Bridgestone Tour B330S balls before. I'm a 10 handicap. The bridgestone balls were giving me excellent spin with long-mid irons which helped, but on my bad driver hits, the extra spin was bad and took me out of the fairway fairly often. The kirkland balls kept the spin on the long-mid irons and helped with the driver. It also added 3-5 yards with my irons. ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM!! 2 dozen for $30 with free shipping, Can't Beat It!!

Peter I have tried both Snell MTB and Kirkland Sinature. Coming from the TM TPX ball I will tell you that I am a convert. I started with snell and its a great ball. Great feel, spin and no loss in distance compared to the TPX. Fast forward to Kirkland and I find that it is about 5 yds longer than snell and it spins with short irons a bit more. So if I'm
playing a course with hard and firm greens I use the Kirkland and if I am playing a course with soft greens I play the snell. Both balls are great and you can't beat the price point either. Snells are actually $26 a dozen if you buy the 6 pack.

I picked up the Kirkland golf balls last week and have played 3 rounds with them so far. I am a 3 handicap and hit my driver around 290 yards on a good drive. When you first take the balls out of the sleeve they feel a little bit sticky, but don't let that fool you. I usually play tournaments with the Taylormade Tour Preferred golf ball, and I saw very little difference in performance between the Kirkland golf ball and the Taylormade. They spin around the same and I saw no drop off in distance. The only difference I could find was that the Kirkland ball was not as durable but when the Kirkland ball is about $1.25 per ball and the Taylormade is about $4.25 a ball you really can't complain about it. I would recommend them to any golfer of any skill level.

I've been playing with Snell MTB for 6 months and have to say I'm blown away, softness and grip around the green just like /better than pro v 1 and noticeably firmer on the tee just like the pro v1x who says you can't have your cake and eat it !!!

Hi Pete,   I saw the Vice balls a while back and decided to pick up a few to have a go with.  I play off a handicap of 18 and decided to buy the pack which contains all their range.  The one I've played with the most is the Vice Pro+ (which is meant to be comparible to a ProV1X).  I chose this as, at a recent ball fitting, I was told I suited that ball, but due to my handicap, I'd be better prescribed a less "premium" priced ball as losing 2 ProV1X's a round rapidly becomes EXPENSIVE!I find the balls to be absolutely fantastic, and shot my best ever round with them.  They behaved exactly as I'd expected, and with the reduced side spin off the driver, I was actually finding that my worse shots were being forgiven to a degree ... i was NOT expecting that... My 5 handicapper friend (who uses ProV1X's all the time) is also convinced,  so much so that he'll be using the Vice balls as his "winter" ball as from now on, and maybe into next year.I typically use the Titleist NXT Tour, but I will definitely be changing to the Vice Pro+ balls for the foreseeable future.  The only downside to the Vice balls is that you need to buy them in bulk to recognise the massive savings.  So you need to spend about £100 on 60 balls in one go, rather than £30 for 12.  I found the durability of the ball to be decent too, not as good as the harder balls, but for a ball that's comparible to a ProV1X, i'd say that it compares very well, and might be even more durable! In any case, love the video, and wish I lived in the States so I could try those CostCo balls (but they're oddly completely out of stock online :-)
Keep up the good work Pete and if Rick cant make it somewhere goregeously hot as part of your travels, give me a shout LOL

Peter. I am a big Snake Eyes fan myself. I started using their wedges around 15 years ago, and then moved on to using both their irons and their woods as well. And the best of it is, as they do not advertise in the UK their gear is as cheap as chips. Beautiful.

Great video Peter. I usually play TM Lethals/Penta/TPx and ProV1s I got on sale, but will definitely be trying the KSigs next year. The consumer has been paying for the huge Titleist marketing and pro player endorsement money for years. Competition is a good thing. Beware the KSig Titleist! Consumers are getting more savvy!

Switched to Vice Pro Plus 3 months ago, great golf ball. Won't go back to Pro V1x without a big price reduction. I'm finding a big lack of knowledge on these balls at my club, I'm sure it's only a matter of time before they are more common place though.

Snell is a great ball! Dean Snell designed the Pro V for Titleist. They are GREAT performing ball. Plus... company is based in my home town :)

Played the Kirkland balls this fall - it's probably more like a ProV1x or a TaylorMade Tour Preferred X -- a little firmer, but it spins quite nicely an is more than long enough. No problem gaming these!

I typically play pro v1 but tried the vice pro plus and it is by far the most spinning ball I've played. It was amazing around the greens and didn't notice any distance loss. I'm a scratch golfer. I shot a 64 (7 under) with the vice. Tied my lowest round ever. I attribute a lot of it to the extra control with the wedges.

I play the Vice Pro ball and absolutely love it, no reason what so ever to go back to the Pro V, if you order in bulk get them coming out at less than £1.80 a ball instead of the £4 mark you can be looking at from Titliest

Thanks Peter....I have been playing the Vice Pro for sometime now and it is a great ball that gives me the best distance on my driver and irons than any other ball. I've tried switching over to other premium balls to keep validating my comparison, but i'm convinced the Vice pro has been my go-to-ball. However, I have to give a shot to Ksig but so far they have not been on the shelf in Houston.

I use vice golf balls and I love them! They could be a bit more durable but when they are new they are unrivaled in my opinion

I game the Snell and really like them. My only complaint is the durability. Hoping to try the Kirkland once I am able to purchase some.
