I had never heard of these cutting boards and I pretty much only use plastic these days, but it was nice to learn about this and the different ways that it can be better than plastic. Thanks for sharing the video and cheers.

Thanks for this excellent review. Did you mention also these boards don't have the maintenance requirement that wood boards have. They are a fantastic alternative to plastic cutting boards which we should all ditch forever. Get the plastic outta here, replace with Epicurean.
