Cradle to cradle: lifecycle of trailers with recycled aluminum - STAS TRAILERS

What's special about aluminum? It is extremely light and super strong and has endless process applications. Furthermore, aluminum can be recycled endlessly without any loss of quality. How do we recycle at STAS? We give every end-of-life trailer a new life by following the steps below:

1) An end-of-life trailer leaves the STAS dealer
2) The trailer is shredded at the scrap plant in only two hours
3) The aluminum is sorted, mixed and melted into a billet
4) The extruder presses the billets to STAS profiles
5) A new walking floor trailer is made with the aluminum STAS profiles made from the molten billets
