hi i have couple of questions and i have contacted the sales but they seem to don't know to answer them, the first one is oracle cloud service pci dss complient by default ? and the other one is if i provisioned 10 read units and my usage avarage is like under 5 reads per second but once in a day i get 150 reads in one second should i reserve 10 reads or 150 read units
