I just saw these guys live in Hobart.. Hats of to these guys for travelling about as far away from home as you can just to reach a wider audience, us Tasmanian's really appreciate it. It was an amazing performance, my first death gig, thank you for that experience, I'll cherish it forever <3

When I discovered Timewave Zero, which is the hardest left turn of a death metal band since Opeth’s Damnation, I just knew these guys were not causal listeners. Their passion for these records prove that.

Glad to see a shoutout to Fates Warning!! One of the pioneers of progressive metal along with Dream Theater and Queensryche, yet they're super underrated and don't get as much credit they deserve. According to Mike Portnoy, early Fates Warning was an influence on Dream Theater. Perfect Symmetry is such a melodic and catchy prog rock/metal album. It has a great contrast of a bright yet melancholic atmosphere.

Also another cool shout out to Yukihiro Takahashi from YMO! Great new wave/synth-pop music! The song きっとうまくいく (It's Gonna Work Out) from "What, Me Worry?" (1981) sounds like it's straight out of the first Sonic the Hedgehog game.

Blood Incantation is an absolutely phenomenal band. They hit all the chords for me, being someone who is heavily into both Metal and Electronic. Timewave Zero was such a welcomed surprise, absolutely loved it. Really cool too see them go through some of their faves and inspirations.
