Federal prosecutors have charged Republican Rep. George Santos of New York with fraud, money laundering and other crimes, according to an indictment unsealed Wednesday. He pleaded not guilty at his arraignment before U.S. Magistrate Judge Arlene Lindsay at the federal courthouse in Central Islip, New York. He was ordered to be released on a $500,000 bond and agreed to surrender his passport.

Becaise they’re going to throw the book at you. Since the guy knows just how guilty he is it should have alerted to himself that he got caught and it’s time to pay the pied piper. It is unfair when you’re completely innocent and being set up by someone who hates you for whatever reason then if you fight it and lose being truly innocent it’s an extremely unfair and unjust situation I don’t wish on anyone but this duck who’s name might not even be George might have committed a huge error. Now instead of a couple of months or years as most politicians get with a hood lawyer or even down to some probation every law maker involved in this case are rubbing their hands rolling up their sleeves and brainstorming about how much maximum time they can get this utterly stupid man without any real defence . What a bafoon.
