THE FIGHT CHOREO IN THIS EPISODE WENT SOOO CRAZY, I'm still thinking about it. The rim lighting, the constant POV shots and slow-mo on Choso's blood manipulation, the different camera angles - all dynamic. Shit like that had me amazed this was a seasonal anime made to air weekly and it wasn't even for a special episode.

The choso tweakin situation is as follows, chosos and his brothers, the ugly ass rot blood curses from season 1, were experimented on by their father, a sorcerer, who kept them in jars as fetuses, they only had eachother to rely on, and emitted a certain amount or kind of cursed energy while in that state, choso being the big brother cared a lot about his little bros and would do everything to protect them, and after beating yuji to near death, yujis body started emitting the same energy his brothers did when they were in jars, so from chosos perspective, he just found a brother he never knew he had and almost killed him

Sukuna did not cause the sudden memories that Choso was experiencing. The manga makes it clearer that he’s also surprised by Choso stopping.
