It was here that Vader was still the learner, then he began to transition into the master.

We need a film about the early days of the Empire, where Vader went on missions

When Anakin become Vader, his tactics is more of a brute than a cunning warrior he was in the Clone Wars. Of course this thinking cause him to be defeated by the high ground.

I start to think this moment is when Vader decide not to use simple brutality and started to use his own cunningness and deception to achieve his plans.

This is probably one of my favourite SWs stories as it does a good job of worldbuilding. Though the focus is on Vader it also shows why so many people were loyal to the Empire, the fact that it provided a possibility of social advancement not possible during the Republic.
It also offers a reasonable way to explain how the jedi became an "ancient religion" or even a fairytale in the galaxy over the space of just twenty years.
