Sounds like excellent Laws overall.(&) Here in the U.S.A., we had once a remarkably better Country that I remember, as I am a Senior Citizen, when the U.S.A. enforced Sunday as a day of rest, with most Businesses closed. Strict Decency Laws were observed in the U.S.A. ; no lewd Clothing allowed in Businesses or Schools, strict noise level laws were enforced 8:pm to 8pm and on Sundays! No hard Liquor was sold in most Bars, they were called Taverns ; and the whole Family was welcome. No CoHabitating between the opposite Sex ; a Marriage License was required to Rent a Motel Room or Rent an Apartment! (&) Before WW2, it was not uncommon to receive a 2 year Prison Term for Adultery!

Dubai needs to implement strict laws against loud and noisy cars and bikes, and specially those delivery bikes who never fix their breaks, so noisy squeeking all the time, and those people who keep modifying their car exhaust it's so annoying specifically in residential areas
