The i5-7300U cannot upgrade to Windows 11, if you go to the 8th gen CPUs like 8250U/8350U you can upgrade to Windows 11 and get much better multi-core. You can make your own ISO to force Windows 11 on a 7th gen CPU, but in general its not support. Can also drop to 6300U only about 15% slower.
