A few shrubs and power washing the pavers would increase the curb appeal. There appears to be an access road along the side, making this a corner lot. I'm always entertained by the description of a "double shower cubicle", suggesting that one could shower with a friend.

It is in fairly good condition but for me the access to the garden is a no and I feel like it is a bit small, would prefer an ensuite, no room for a dishwasher or tall fridge/freezer. Also just personally I don't like black kitchen counters. Don't know much about Watton and whether it is a nice area?

Looks like its been held up in Probate and the gardens/kerb appeal has suffered. Easy to rectify for the next owner. Edit: Google maps show it 12+ months ago and the kerb appeal shows what it could be again.
