For me it looks very good value for the price. I think the warped area would bother me at first and eventually I would get used to it.I think it's pretty decent.
Maybe the square spaces are for the disks in a DD lock?

I like the mat, great color scheme and layout, but I would like to know how those pins bounce on it when you drop them. Most other mat's have raised dimples that help keep the pins in place when we drop them while gutting. Still great for the price though.

I like it.
Nice and thick with deep holes pins will not bounce or roll our of, lotsa spots for multiple pins, large work area less likely to lose renegade pins, and the price is right, for that little you have nothing much to lose (I paid more for the little pocket size pin mats from sparrows).
I've convinced myself that wrinkle in it is just a rare defect that is not present in most.
With that said, I still prefer my wooden pinning tray with deep slots to contain cores (with cutouts for the key bows) and hold them upright while pinning. But even so that mat would still make a good non-slip surface under my tray to contain loose parts before they fall off the bench.

Looks pretty good. I was thinking you could use the square cutouts for gutting disk Detainer locks. Plenty of room for the disks and spacers . Great review.

The only thing I'd have a problem with on this mat is there's no where to put your tools, like I'm not sure what those squares at the top of the mat are for but if they made that one bug cut out for tools picks and what not I think it would be better. Still seems pretty good for the price tho

I like this one! Not practical in my semi but I like it. The black, white, and read really pop! Are we going to see this on your videos now? The issue is vulcization. The two layers did not bond as they should have. It may be able to be corrected with an iron. The type of iron that RC airplane hobbies use to reseal the Ultra-coat to wings or body of a plane.

I need a new mat and this one would suit me well, but the shipping cost is more than the price of the mat it self right now and that makes it less tempting. But thanks for the review, I wasn't aware if this. I'll probably get one if it's possible to get cheaper shipping at one point.

Yep, like that tbh and in that colour scheme especially. The postage to the UK(when I just looked it up) is £9, thus nearly doubling the price to £20 something- still, I think that's pretty reasonable for the size. Cheers! 😁🔓🤘

You need to drop or spill some parts, or displace a spring, pre-orbit a circlip… you know because maybe not on camera but these things happen and a good mat can mitigate the aftermath of such behavior.
