As much as people bag on most of these movies, I think the one that doesn’t get enough attention is The Lion King (2019). Like, how can you take 92% of the screenplay of one of the greatest films ever made and somehow mangle and extend it so the flow, character development, and emotion are all gone?

Die Hard 5 - a sad way for an iconic franchise to go out
I know it didn't make $500M+ but the Die Hard series is still considered a blockbuster franchise overall

As bad as the rise of Skywalker was, it's the last jedi that really ruined the trilogy. Let's see, it turned luke into a joke, then killed him off, along with what was supposed to be the main villain, made Finn a side character, planted the seeds of an infatuation between Rey and Ben. Flat out took whatever excitement that was built up after the force awakens and rogue one and just took a huge crap on the franchise as a whole. Say whatever you want about any other movie in the series but to me this is at the very bottom because to me it destroyed what was my favorite franchise from when I first started watching films up until then. Literally over 40 years of Fandom just ruined.

Looking back, I mostly watched blockbusters in theaters during that decade so I had many disappointments:

(1-5 How TF did these get made?!)

(6-10 I don't completely hate but pretty disappointed)

Jurassic World 2 is my favorite part of the series right after the original and much better than the first Jurassic World
