When I was a kid, I thought that it was ok. did I think it was Beter thin Ninjago . . . no, but was I on bord for the ride . . . Yes, adamantly so. But recently I decided to rewatch the pilot and . . . I'm sorry but the pilot was just bad. terrible animation, terrible passing, terrible writing that even in amateur writer wooed face palm at, and terrible writing decisions that just dragged it so fare downward to the core of the earth. not to mention the stupid idea to put looney tunes levels of humor writing into a story about a firkin war and the two friend's whose mistakes that caused the firkin war.

I know that this was a long rant about a kids show, but I can see that on some level there is something in there that could have been a good story. Laval and Crager's story had potential, I mean two friends who torn away from each other and put on two sides of a conflict because they made mistakes, now that is a story. alas that was never meant to be. 😔
