#CATTLEYA AN ORCHID A DAY: EPISODE 101

"Eat an apple on going to bed, and you'll keep the doctor from earning his bread." That was the original saying before the words were updated. I by no means belief that an orchid a day keeps the doctor away but i believe any positive hobby is good for the soul and keeps your mind and body fit. This series may not happen everyday but i hope to capture those daily moments on film where i am interacting with my orchid collection and share some of those moments with you. Orchids in order of appearance: Cattleya Mem. Mrs Mahler "Fred Tomkins", Angraecum subulatum, Bulbophyllum Meen Garuda, Phalaenopsis (Tying Shin New View x Tying Shin Angel), Ryncholaelia Akiko Sato 'African Queen", Encyclia plicata. Oh my when I get to the age for shingles vaccine I’ll be sure to take it. Oh please be sure to eat with the NSAIDs... don’t want a GI upset/bleed... monitor BP while taking if that’s a concern.. I’m sorry you’re not at your best. Thank you for uploading anyway. You’re a trooper! Hopefully you can see a neurologist or orthopedic specialist. Physical therapy, injections, massage and other treatment may help more. Hope you get more thorough medical advice soon...
