This is INTENDED FOR MOBILE -- It is possible that it may work on console or pc, but I have not tried it so unfortunately I wouldn't know :/

These skins are available on PC for Bedrock Edition for me???
Here are the steps I did to download it

1.) Click the link
2.) Press download
3.) The website will open up the image. Right click the image and press "save image as"
4.) Open Minecraft
5.) Go to profile and go to skins
6.) Upload your new skin

Guys i tried it on PC and it worked :). All you have to do is right click on the image and save it to "save image as" then go to the skins and create one with the image you saved.
