Eli Mehmeti, the answer is not easy and I if you'd like to re-create it then I'd rather suggest one of the modern guitar synths from Roland (but myself I don't like them as the feeling of playing them is not as if you were playing the guitar).

I used Roland GR300 (analog guitar synthesizer from 80's) set to play in certain octaves at a time driven by Roland G303 guitar controller (made by FujiGen Gakki factory in Japan). Then the sound was going into a custom preset on DigiTech GSP2101 preamp with lots of delays set with different times in stereo. Then stereo signal output was going to the L/R inputs of the power section of the Roland Jazz Chorus JC120 combo.
