I was using headphones witg it up all the way. But I think the best way would be to sit in a sound studio with the music up so you can feel the vibrations we need some kind of vibration chamber to resonate the cells in our body because our bodies made up of mostly water and there's studies done with water just by saying I love you to the water it produces a perfect snowflake but by talking negative to the water it made a imperfect snowflake that's why it's so crucial to talk to yourself respectfully just like you would if you were following your dreams you have to imagine it first in your mind every step every detail and follow through with your work you'll be amazed where it takes you
