Here's a question. At the website, DESY, a recent article asks, How do molecular motors convert chemical energy in to mechanical work? At the end of the article an animated graphic of a complex molecular motor with worm gears is show in very slow motion. My question is, how did random processes ever bring into reality that complex molecular motor?

Yes. The question is more important than the answer. Curiosity follows.
Examples:
To a friend: Do you think that woman would go out with me?
To a professor of psychology: Would she make a good wife?
To yourself: Was this meant to be--- both her and I grabbing this cab to downtown?
To her: Wow! Do you mind if we share this cab?
