Vic Carrabotta is a comic book artist. He was annoyed that comic book heroes always solved crime with violence. After meeting a girl and seeing a mysterious star appear between the two of them, Vic became inspired to create a new super hero. This hero would fight crime using love instead of violence. This hero is Starlady.
