Today I checked off a bucket list item! The Manitou Incline & some of Barr Trail! It was a beautiful day for the Incline Challenge and tackling the 2,768 stairs. The Hoka Challenger ATR 7 & Camelbak Zephyr Pro vest did great too! Gorgeous views of Pikes Peak too! #manitouincline #manitousprings #pikespeak

Beautiful beautiful beautiful! I need to run Barr Trail. So pretty! In fact, I had plotted out a 22 mile course that summits Pikes Peak. Would love to do that run one of these days (after the snow melts).

At 8:55 when you said “this is too cool!”, I was thinking the exact same thing. So happy for you and your new running environment. And I LOVE the kindness of the people you met on the trail. What a great start to the day. 😊

Love seeing this from your point of view. I don't even have to go outside... I can just sit here at my computer a while longer this morning...
It's really hard to take it easy on that thing huh? Seems you're set to make the most of your new home here; great running!

I don’t know which part was more amazing -the climb up or the run at the top, descent! Thanks for sharing, Steven. Looking forward to your thoughts on the Challenger 7’s.. I was on similarly snowy trails yesterday with the 6’s and it was dicey!

Awesome. I hope to be able to make it there someday. Any long term thoughts/concerns about that Camelbak vest?

Incredible! Is there a story behind the steps? The view of Pikes Peak was beautiful, are you planning on doing that race? Thank god for the natural spring at the bottom, lol.

I moved to denver in 2019 and have ran most of the trails on the front range here and in the springs. The barr trail is nice. Barr trail out and back is about 13 miles and a good long run. If you ever want some company on the run I do my long runs on Saturday morning around that area. Only 6ft5 runner you’ll see on the trail all day haha
