They’re also so easy and quick to make, and require only few ingredients.
RAFFAELLO DESSERT CUPS
makes 5 x 165ml / 6oz cups
150g vanilla cream wafers
1 heaping tbsp cornstarch
250ml (1 cup) milk
150ml (2/3 cup) condensed milk
25g (1/4 cup) flaked almonds
150ml (2/3 cup) whipping cream
25g (1/4 cup) desiccated coconut
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
5 Raffaello balls (optional)
FERRERO ROCHER DESSERT CUPS
(makes 5 x 175ml / 6 oz cups)
1st layer:
75g chocolate biscuits
2nd layer:
250ml (1 cup) whipping cream (minimum 33% fat)
1 tbsp sugar
1 heaping tbsp Nutella or any other hazelnut spread.
3rd layer:
100ml (1/3 cup + 1 tbsp) whipping cream (minimum 33% fat)
100g milk chocolate
4th layer:
30-40g (1/4 cup) hazelnuts
5th layer:
200ml (3/4 cup + 1 tbsp) whipping cream
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Decoration:
Reserved biscuit crumbs
5 Ferrero Rocher chocolates (optional)
