Check out our list of the top 10 PlayStation first-party exclusives of all time.

When the first PlayStation launched in the mid-90’s, Sony was a newcomer in the video game industry. Now, 25-plus years later, the PlayStation is a household name and has solidified its place as one of the dominant gaming platforms in history. And they did much of it all on the backs of their great first-party games. From early series like Ratchet and Clank, to blockbuster franchises like Uncharted and newcomers like Ghost of Tsushima, Sony has built a stable of truly great games. Let’s take a look at the 10 best.

This was a MASSIVE list of games we had to whittle down, so we decided to stick with first-party. Unfortunately, that means we couldn’t include some third-party favorites like Metal Gear Solid, Final Fantasy 7, and Bloodborne, even though they are fantastic games and foundational to the success of the platform.

Thanks to World of Longplays for allowing us to use their footage!

Personally I’m interested in knowing the top 10 even if it means multiple games in the same series.

For me, Uncharted 2 is not only my choice as the best FPE for the PlayStation, but also the greatest game I’ve ever played. I love that series so incredibly much.

I got into PlayStation games in the PS1 and PS2 era and have really enjoyed their less serious games and franchises, like Crash, Parappa, Medievil, and Sly Cooper. I wish they’d make more games like that, but it seems like the market has gone mostly toward more serious games.

What a life, i still remember when my dad bought me my ps1, and then later down the line i had to choose between xbox and ps, and im glad i took the goddamn right choice. Nowdays i play everything regardless of consoles or companies, but damn, sony gave me my childhood and ill be forever thankfull for that.

I'd love to be able to choose between PS1, PS2 and PS3 sounds on the PS5. Not gonna happen but would be a nice customization feature

I guess I need to give Spiderman another try, as I just didn't get drawn in on my first go. Horizon is my #1 with GOW 2018 a close second.

💯 God of war is just…so…so…incredible. It will always be my favorite game of all time. The end felt like when you finish a long show and are happy and sad at the same time.

Am I the only one who thinks Detroit: Become human is the most underrated game ever...I know it's available in Microsoft platforms too but still...it was really an emotional coaster ride!! Play it if you get the chance
