Salvation, the forgiveness of sins, is available to anyone who trusts in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Those who have rejected the free gift of salvation, see John 3: 16 above, will "perish", which means suffer judgment of their sins and eternal separation from God and the Family of God on earth and in Heaven called "the second death" Rev.21:8.
