I guess our government rather dig through smell of death, pay for rescue clean up operation and risk additional life's rather then provide financial assistance for a buildings in distress thru subsidies to local municipalities. Now the cost of this operation will exceed ten fold then the cost of the repair needed not to mention all life lost. We must rethink our laws regarding structural upkeep and building financial hardship.

So sad watching this but still soooo glad these residents were not black ... the comments would be filled with hateful things and there certainly wouldn't be any worldwide support efforts ..The search would be over with cleanup underway...and there dang sho would have be no visits from the Governor ... I know the truth hurts
